Copyright Notice (DMCA)

11. Scope

Let's Mark is a hosting provider for content users share, such as comments, lists, profile images and profile songs, and is not required to review that content in advance. If you see content that infringes your copyright, trademark or personality rights, report it with the information below. This procedure covers notices under the US DMCA and other applicable copyright laws.

22. What Your Notice Must Include

• Your name and contact details. If you act for a rights holder, their name and your authority
• A description of the work or right you believe is infringed
• The link (URL) to the infringing content
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
• Your signature (typing your name in the email is enough)

44. What Happens Next

On a valid notice we remove or disable the content and tell the user who shared it. We close the accounts of repeat infringers. We may ask for more information if a notice is incomplete.

55. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or because of a wrong notice, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your name, your contact details, what was removed and where it was, a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

We forward the counter-notice, with the contact details in it, to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a lawsuit, we may restore the content.

66. Misuse

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you legally liable.
