Questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from Settings → Subscription. Premium stays until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- What happens to my GIFs, wallpaper and song if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your avatar and banner show their first frame, and the wallpaper, song, extra colours and extra pins are hidden. Subscribe again and everything comes back as it was.
- Who handles the payment?
- Polar, as the merchant of record. Your card details go to Polar, never to us, and any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed: write to legal@letsmark.app and the whole payment comes back. Later months aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
- Do I need premium to use Let's Mark?
- No. Tracking, rating, lists, statistics and Wrapped stay free. Premium is about how your profile looks.
