Series in which writer, broadcaster and Celebrity Masterchef finalist Hardeep Singh Kohli travels around the UK discovering how settling migrants have brought their homeland's cuisine with them to the area they chose to live. Then he brings the knowledge he has acquired back to the kitchen to show Masterchef's John Torode what he has learnt.
