Manuela is a beach volleyball teacher, determined, objective and self-confident, always ready to get into a fight. She never framed her happiness in a relationship and never planned to get married. Until one day, an unexpected meeting happens and she meets Léo, a successful pediatrician, charismatic, extremely seductive, although very romantic. The two fall in love and start to lead a life together, but a mismatch ends up causing a separation. Amidst fights and moments of nostalgia, and with the help of the manipulator Esther, Manuela's mother, the two will discover why they are inseparable.
