After 1950 Turkish Grand National Assembly elections, 18 years of Arabic Azan prohibition ended. But in a Blacksea town Town Manager wants to continue this prohibition and everyone hates him. This movie is the first and only movie about Azan Prohibition Torture in Turkiye between 1932 and 1950. Events occur in 17th of June 1950.
