Banished from the peaceful Planet E, Dr. Gori and his assistant Karras search for a new planet to rule after Gori's plot to conquer Planet E fails. Finding Earth, Gori plans to use its pollution to create giant monsters and conquer humanity. The Nebula 71 Star dispatches Spectreman, a super-cyborg agent disguised as a human named Jôji Gamô, to work with the Pollution G-Men and stop Gori's weekly menaces.
