The Incredibly Sad Princess

Two friendly monarchs agreed that it would be good if their children married each other. However, when the royal children do not want something, they can put their heads up - and maybe even on a log. The ever-smiling princess suddenly becomes a terribly sad person, and the young prince? He even ends up behind bars! But what kind of fairy tale would it be if it turned out badly.
