Literally thrown off the premises, the furious girls join forces with young Scott Morrison who just happens to own the "underdog" car wash down the street. Hiring a collection of the hottest bodies in town as their work force sends the "California Hot Wax" cash flow to the roof and Rocky McCall's blood pressure through the roof!
