Shinobu Sakagami

Nami Matsushima, a former doctor, is put in prison for murdering one of the men who raped and killed her sister. Now, faced with violent and lecherous prison gangs, an aggressively amorous warden, and with a friend on death row, Nami must steel herself for a ten year stay in one of Japan's toughest women's prisons.

Filled with guilt over his forbidden desires, a young man leaves home and his studies. He finds a new smaller place to stay, a low-paying but satisfying job and a girlfriend. Then his mother, unable to fight her forbidden desires, shows up.

After the events of the TV series, the 18 year old Yoko Godai has abandoned her special agent Saki Asamiya name to return to her normal life, and is now studying for college entrance exams. However, she accidentally bumps into a young man named Kazuo Hagiwara trying to escape from a group of hitmen, and learns that he comes from Sanko Academy, a private school located in a remote island known as Hell's Castle. The school is ruled by a former revolutionary thought to be dead named Hattori who is trying to brainwash students into terrorists to help him stage a fascist coup d'etat in Japan.

Tamotsu Iwaki (Masaya Kato), also known as "The Dandruff Cancer," was admitted to a juvenile training school in the summer when he was 18 years old after being hit with dirt on his car. One day, Gan escapes, falls in love with a beautiful girl, Kanako, whom he met at his friends' apartment, and attacks her in an elevator, but is captured again. After being discharged from the hospital, Gan meets Kanako again, and although they are repulsed by each other, they become attracted to each other.

Nami Matsushima has escaped from the prison to which she was sentenced in Scorpion, but is now obsessed with tracking down the--don't laugh--one-armed man who murdered her younger sister fifteen years ago. Nami is certainly no great action heroine, and the plot at times makes little sense, climaxing with a coincidence more ridiculous than any Shakespeare ever used. For complicated reasons, Nami uses her medical knowledge to break into a women's prison as staff physician. There, as in the previous movie, the convicts wind up naked awfully frequently.
