Aaron Novik is an American labor organizer and Amazon worker who became involved with the Amazon Labor Union’s organizing efforts in Staten Island. He later backed the ALU’s 2024 internal reform effort led by Connor Spence, which resulted in new union leadership following Chris Smalls’s tenure as president.
