Mukun Bhusal is a talented Nepalese actor who has built a strong reputation in Nepali cinema since making his feature film debut in 2019. After honing his craft in short films and earning an acting degree from Marwah Studios in 2018, he rose to prominence as Chopendra in the critically acclaimed film Bulbul, a performance that won him the Jury Choice Best Actor award at the Nepal International Film Festival and served as Nepal's official submission for the 92nd Academy Awards. He continued his streak of success with a commercially successful role as Ramkant in the 2022 film Jhingedaau, earning a Best Actor trophy at the Nepal Rural Film Festival. Bhusal has since maintained a busy career with key performances in films like Ganapati and Aicho Paicho in 2023, followed by Upahaar and Purna Bahadur Ko Sarangi in 2024.
