Karen Ponce

Karen Ponce is an American labor organizer who served as secretary of the Amazon Labor Union during its founding campaign at the JFK8 warehouse in Staten Island. A stower at the facility and a 2021 sociology graduate of the College of Staten Island, she became involved in the union after being approached by ALU organizers shortly after starting the job, and went on to represent the union publicly at rallies and in national media covering the 2022 election victory.
