Sylvie lives with her two children whom she’s raising on her own. One evening, there’s an accident, and her youngest son is removed from her care. Sylvie must subsequently fight to get her son back and to keep herself afloat.

As alliances shift, secrets unravel, and battles ensue, they must thwart Vogel's plan to claim the treasures, setting the stage for an international treasure hunt filled with unexpected twists and unresolved romantic entanglements.

In the aftermath of November 13 in Paris, Lucie, Malika and Vincent find themselves at the heart of the hunt for those responsible for the attacks. They are soon faced with the threat of further attacks.
