Barry McDonald

A scrying glass puts an antiques exporter in the path of a woman fleeing from devil worshipers and the evil hypnotist who leads them. Originally an episode of British horror anthology TV series, Hammer House of Horror, that later received a feature release in the United States.

In old New South Wales, a new bunch of convicts arrives, including young Toby Nelson. Consigned to a Government farm, they're subjected to the cruelty of Sergeant Billy Langdon and Corporal Weazel Wesley. Toby escapes and flees into the Australian bush.

Each self-contained episode features a different kind of horror, varying from witches, werewolves, ghosts, devil worship and voodoo, but also includes non-supernatural themes such as cannibalism, confinement and serial killers.
