In a world where society is controlled by a totalitarian regime and children are the tool of ideological formatting, Isa realizes that her child is different from the others and that this will bring consequences to her life.

An adult movie director is recruited by a shady producer to finish the latter's overambitious and over budget epic. Hijinks quickly ensue as he brings his peculiar style and even more peculiar team along to the very serious production.
