Hoda Taheri is an Iranian/German artist and filmmaker based in Berlin. She received a bachelor's degree in visual communication from Limkokwing University in Malaysia and afterward studied film directing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB). Her Mother Trilogy, premiered for three consecutive years at Locarno Film Festival (2022-2024). Her debut feature I Plant My Hand in the Garden, premiered at Venice Film Festival 2026 (Giornate degli Autori).
