Leighton Rees

Leighton Rees (17 January 1940 – 8 June 2003) was a Welsh professional darts player. He is best known as the first-ever BDO World Professional Darts Champion, having won the inaugural 1978 BDO World Darts Championship and was a former World No. 1 player.
