Akshay Jha, while pursuing his Bachelors, realized that debugging code wasn’t nearly as exciting as performing, he switched careers—dramatically. With almost a decade of experience across theatre, web series, and films, he has mastered the art of pretending to be other people for a living. Trained in acting at Actor Prepares and in filmmaking at New York Film Academy, he has honed his craft (and perfected his dramatic pauses). He is also an entrepreneur and runs an intimacy coaching business in Mumbai. Often feeling restricted in the filmmaking environment that he was surrounded with and unsatisfied with the artistic freedom he craved, Akshay turned producer, to pursue his love for films he loves.
