Sarath Chandrasiri was a beloved veteran Sri Lankan actor who made significant contributions to Sinhala cinema, television, and theater. He was widely celebrated for his comedic and versatile character roles, most notably portraying "Samagipura Wasantha" in the hit television serial Paba and "Ukkuwa" in Malee.
