MovieDocumentaryMusicStep inside the remarkable journey of The Beatles, the band that reshaped music and revolutionised culture in the 20th century. From their early days in Liverpool and the raw energy of The Cavern Club, to their meteoric rise in the 1960s and the frenzy of Beatlemania, the film explores how four young men-John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr-captivated the world. Featuring archival footage, interviews, and timeless performances, it highlights their groundbreaking approach to songwriting, recording, and artistic experimentation that pushed the boundaries of rock and roll. Beyond the music, the film examines the personal challenges, creative tensions, and cultural shifts that shaped their journey, from the heights of fame to their eventual breakup. Ultimately, this is not only the story of a band, but of a movement that left an indelible mark on music, art, and society-one that still resonates across generations today.
MovieDocumentaryMusicGeorge Harrison was an English guitarist, singer, songwriter, and music and film producer who initially achieved international fame as the lead guitarist of the Beatles, but went on to sell millions of critically acclaimed solo records. Harrison was referred to as the quiet one of the Beatles, often in the shadow of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. However, he later acquired the respect of critics world wide and is now considered to be on the same level - if not surpassing - Lennon and McCartney as a song writer, a result of creating songs such as ‘Here Comes the Sun’ and ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’. Rolling Stone magazine even ranked him number 11 on their list of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time," and he is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.
Movie8.5DocumentaryMusicIn the early 1960s, Ringo Starr, well known for his easygoing personality, became a legend as a member of The Beatles. Starr, primarily a drummer, also sang and occasionally wrote songs for the group, including "With a Little Help from My Friends" and "Octopus's Garden." In part, Starr's playing shaped rock n' roll for decades to come, as he kept the beat with his sharp, aggressive style behind the kit. As a result of the goodwill and fortune he earned as a Beatle, he was loved around the world and welcomed wherever he went. Even though he was the guy who could sing "Yellow Submarine" and get blisters on his fingers during "Helter Skelter," his success and status didn't protect him from the unseemly, upsetting, and depressing side of life. Although Starr has had more than his fair share of darkness and bad luck, he has been an honourable person through his contributions to music and charities.

MovieJohn Winston Ono Lennon was an English singer, songwriter, musician and peace activist who achieved worldwide fame as the founder, co-songwriter, co-lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the Beatles. On the evening of 8 December 1980, Lennon was shot and fatally wounded in the archway of the Dakota, his residence in New York City. His killer was Mark David Chapman, an American Beatles fan who was incensed by Lennon's lavish lifestyle and his 1966 comment that the Beatles were "more popular than Jesus". Chapman said he was inspired by the fictional character Holden Caulfield from J. D. Salinger's novel The Catcher in the Rye, a "phony-killer" who despises hypocrisy.
