Doğu is a 2021 Turkish absurdist comedy-drama created by and starring stand-up comedian Doğu Demirkol, loosely inspired by his own life. The series follows Doğu — a young man who fails at practically everything — as he stubbornly chases his dream of becoming a comedian, with little support from those around him. Sharp, self-aware, and packed with observational humor, it's a refreshingly original Turkish comedy about ambition, failure, and the relentless pursuit of a dream.

Being the daughter of a prostitute mother, Akca gives up her motherhood in order to give her child a better future. The bride of a wealthy family, Sule promises to be a mother to Akca's baby for a lifetime. She looks at the baby she named Efe and raises him. Things change with the birth of Sule's own child.

The series centers on Kagan and Firuze, two lovebirds whose lives drastically change in one day.

Based on a true story and real characters, Mehmet Salih recounts the drama of the title character, a quiet, introverted and solitary kid. Mehmet Salih lives with his mother a sick woman who eloped to get married. Altough he wets his bed every night, he tries to stop his mother doing the laundry every day.
