65 million years ago, the knights of the Ryusoul Tribe were selected to participate in a war campaign against the dictating Druidon Tribe who sought to rule Earth. But the Druidon's war campaign was halted by the meteor that brought the age of the dinosaurs to an end, forcing them to flee into space. Meanwhile, the Kishiryu were placed in a deep sleep as a failsafe should the Druidon return. The chosen knights choose to live in peace while passing their mantle down across generations. In the present day, the Druidon return to reclaim Earth as the current generation of knights, the Ryusoulgers, battle them with the support of Ui Tatsui and her father Naohisa Tatsui.

Tetsu Himokura is a parasitologist. He enjoys researching the lives of parasites at his home laboratory and he barely leaves his home. He also has assistant Haruma Takaie to help him. Tetsu Himokura's right hand is a robotic prosthetic hand. He is very smart, but blunt to others.

The story is set in a big hospital which is infiltrated and taken over by an armed group wearing devil masks. Musashi Saburo a police officer on leave of absence has to save the hostages within a set time limit.

Born to a sporty family which ironically has served the police generation after generation, Akira went against the wishes of his parents to be a writer. However, his novels are too tedious and quite unpopular while his blog on household matters which he writes without any particular reason is a big hit. So he finds himself in the extremely complicated situation of a “charismatic house husband”. This odd couple solve various cases and mysteries with brain and brawn. Add their son Nao to the mix and information and deductions constantly fly about their living room.

Mio is 20 years old. Having lost her parents early, she and her grandmother run a traditional inn in Nagano. However, her grandmother gets sick. Mio moves to Tokyo and lives with her father’s best friend, Kyosuke. He runs a public bath. She begins to work at the public bath, but it is scheduled to be demolished to make way for redevelopment.

Struggling high schooler Miyui Mashio is transported back to 1991, where she attends school with her quarreling parents—realizing she must form an idol group with her mother to help her parents fall in love, or risk never being born.
