An Egyptian actor whose full name was Al-Montaser Bellah Riad Abdel-Sayed. He earned a bachelor's degree in theatrical arts in 1969, followed by a master's degree in the same field in 1977. He began his career in the early 1970s with the "Tholathy Adwaa Al-Masrah" (The Trio of Stage Lights) troupe. During that period, he participated in numerous productions across film, theater, and television—such as *Al-Dawama*, *Al-Dunya Lamma Telf*, and *Viva Zalata*—and went on to appear in dozens of other works, most notably *Sharia Mohamed Ali*, *Abna' Walakin*, and *Did Al-Hukuma*.
