Todd Tolces is an American voice actor and on-screen performer with a career spanning over 45 years in commercial voiceovers, corporate narration, radio imaging and animation. Based out of Portland, Oregon, he began his creative journey in the 1970s as a rock critic and San Francisco Bureau Chief for England's prestigious Melody Maker newspaper. He later transitioned to on-air radio hosting across California and Oregon before focusing heavily on extensive voiceover and character work.
