Richard Donat (born 1 June 1941, died March 28, 2026) was a Canadian actor, known for his work in Canadian and American television. He won 2 Dora Mavor Moore Awards for Canadian theatre, and was nominated for one Genie Award (My American Cousin.) He is well known for playing the character Vince Teagues in the Canadian–American TV series, Haven. Also known for his role in Emily of New Moon. Donat is the younger brother of Peter Donat and the nephew of British actor Robert Donat.

Lount was convinced to join the rebellion much against his better judgment -- he belonged to the Children of Peace religious sect. Lount's own pacifism meant nothing to the authorities; they executed Lount for treason after crushing the rebellion. R.H. Thomson plays the title role in this low-budget but high-energy effort.
