Toulouse, April 1814. The Peninsula war is finally over for Britain and its allies, but the action does not end here for Sharpe. The elderly former captain, Numan Bey, who sought happiness in a retirement home after his retirement, finally decides to get married. He writes a letter to the Gönül Postası column of a newspaper. Although a much younger woman comes into his life, Numan Bey falls in love with his neighbor, Kıymet Hanım. The two old Istanbul lovers decide to marry. However, Numan Bey's daughter and son-in-law oppose the marriage. But they overcome all obstacles and succeed in building a new home in the autumn of their lives.

A revenge story.

A series of strange events begins in a small village with a dark past when a stranger arrives and questions his own past.

Senay is a willful eleven year old girl in Hamburg who's Turkish father has just died. The only friend responding to the news about her father is a gay Turkish cabaret singer, Zeki. Together they travel through Europe in search of the orphan girl's mother, Cicek, who left at childbirth and whom Zeki represents as Senay's aunt.

Sabit spends all his time in a shabby, old neighborhood cinema that shows pornographic films. The cinema is his home, his universe, his everything. This place is a different world because, in addition to all this, there are different types of people who frequent the cinema. Drunks, smokers, heroin addicts, gamblers, and perverts live in different worlds. These are the types of people we might encounter in the novels of Dostoevsky, Bukowski, or Kafka. One day, when manager Celal quits his job, the cinema owner assigns Sabit the task of bringing films from the film companies in Beyoğlu. Sabit sees Zerrin Öz, once a sex symbol at the film company, and becomes obsessed with her. He stalks her obsessively, constantly watching her and calling her on the phone. This obsession will lead him into a dangerous adventure.

Sharpe is a British series of television dramas starring Sean Bean as Richard Sharpe, a fictional British soldier in the Napoleonic Wars. Sharpe is the hero of a number of novels by Bernard Cornwell; most, though not all, of the episodes are based on the books. Produced by Celtic Films and Picture Palace Films for the ITV network, the series was shot mainly in Turkey and the Crimea, although some filming was also done in England, Spain and Portugal. The series originally ran from 1993 to 1997. In 2004, as part of ITV's new set of drama, ITV announced that it intended to produce new episodes of Sharpe, in co-production with BBC America, loosely based on his time in India, with Sean Bean continuing his role as Sharpe. Sharpe's Challenge is a two-part adventure; part one premiered on ITV on 23 April 2006, with part two being shown the following night. With more gore than earlier episodes, the show was broadcast by BBC America in September 2006.
