Large doses of humor, ingenious nods to Spain's most recent national cinema, an artistic cast highly linked to comedy and a high reserve of surprises constitute the ingredients of this crazy comedy: Spanish Movie.

Two siblings, long separated by a troubled past, are compelled to reunite to honor their late father’s final will - an obligation that leads to a revealing confrontation.

An empty stage: the last conversation between a man and a woman before splitting up; two brothers' reunion to close a matter from the past; a dangerous man rambling on about the fragility of human beings; the violent breakup of a marriage of convenience; the ephemeral love between a desperate woman and a lonely violinist; the paranoia of an old actress that clings to a memory from her youth. Fear and despair grip the lives of all of these characters making them increasingly fragile.

A dramatic vision of a near future in Spain, showing the degeneration of sanity department, the politics and a big crisis that is razing with all, converting the daily life of everybody in some sort of living hell.
