The comical story of Şaban, who came to Istanbul to earn his dowry and, by chance, became a famous folk singer known as Şaban Ballıses.

This is the story of the politician named Zübük. He gets expelled from the political party that he is a member of, due to corruption. The journalist Yaşar wants to make a news story about his case and investigates Zübük's doings. Yaşar gets baffled at the sly tricks Zübük played on his village people. In the end, he feels sorry about Zübük's present situation, however, as things happen he becomes aware that Zübük has been tricking him.

While the dam project will be expropriated, Yellow poplar and Long poplar villages are included in the expropriation. Although this is supposed to protect the confidentiality, a member of the commission sells this information to a holding company and someone in that holding company sells what they heard to another holding company.

Ahmet Bedevi, also known as Tarzan of Manisa, was born in 1900 in Baghdad to become a soldier, fighting in the War of Independence and honored with a medal. He returned to a ruined and destroyed Manisa in 1923. Bedevi started working at the Municipality as a fireman and a gardener. He became the pioneer and symbol of planting activities. Because of the soft climate of the area, he first wore a vest and trousers and then he started wandering about in the town in his shorts. The people of Manisa saw his resemblance to Tarzan because of his clothes, and always cherished him with love. Tarzan of Manisa lived in the mount Spilylus, ignoring all his individual needs but working for a greener environment. He died on 31st May, 1963. However, he has never been forgotten by the locals; on the contrary, he was immortalized for the things he did for Manisa and people followed his example.

She works as a factory worker alongside Şaban Ali. One day, they are fired for asking their boss for a raise. They search for work for a long time but cannot find any. Necla tells Şaban that it is easier for women to find work, and the couple make a bet. The next day, Necla starts working as a secretary. The roles at home change. Necla becomes the man of the house, and Şaban becomes the woman of the house. However, the couple is unhappy because of Necla's long working hours.

Memo returns from Germany to get married with his love but his fathers killer Sulo is being released from jail. As a village rule he has to get revenge for his fahter or he can not get married but he doesn't want to kill so they stage a fake death with Sulo and after that his luck runs out.

Selamsiz (wich means 'no greeting') is a small town in Anatolia. The town has a lot of problems but noone from governments come and see the town. One day the mayor learns that the prime minister will come to the city. They, now, have a chance to solve their problems. However, they think that they should have a band to greet the prime minister.

However, there is someone who opposes this love, her older brother Latif, who was raised in German culture but can be described as a complete fool. One day, Sevtap and Adem send a telegram from Sevtap's father's mouth to convince him to accept the situation. After this telegram, wedding preparations begin. However, during this time, Latif returns permanently from Germany to Turkey, and the truth about the couple is revealed. Latif opposes the marriage at any cost, even if it means harming Adem. Later, despite his reservations, he accepts the marriage and fulfills Adem's every request.

Yakup, who has fled to Istanbul, calls Ali and Ayşe to join him at his insistence. Ali and his family, who go to Yakup's side out of desperation, will never be able to escape their troubles.

Aydin doesn't give up Oksan, on their wedding day Kiraz gets disguised as the bride and Aydin gets puzzled as he opens the veil. Oksan is after Aydin's money only. Kiraz and Aydin fall in love, but now Hayrullah Bey is against their marriage. Kiraz says that she is married. Aydin goes to see her father and finds out about the truth. Hayrullah Bey and Aydin search for Kiraz who already has left home, they want to get things settled. So they do!

The film tells the story of a young man who contracts a terminal illness and becomes a commercial star. Zeki supports his family by driving a taxi. After being hit by a car, he is taken to the hospital for examination. His friend Metin learns that Zeki has contracted a terminal illness. The businessman who hit Zeki includes him in an advertising campaign. Believing that everything is for a good cause, Zeki agrees to portray a young man on the brink of death in the advertisements. Despite the advertising campaign gaining significant attention nationwide, things will not unfold as the banker had anticipated.

Mahir and Gülsen's daughter Çiğdem and Basri's son Uğur are married and expecting a child. They invite their families over for dinner to share the good news. After dinner, Çiğdem and Uğur announce the news, and everyone is happy except Mahir. Gülsen wants to bring Çiğdem to their home to take care of her during her pregnancy, but Mahir objects. The two families meet again at the children's home. Basri wants to build a house for his children and have them live close to him, but Mahir objects to Gülsen's insistence. However, the children refuse because they have already moved into a house through a cooperative.

Fuat is forced into an "advantegeous" marriage to a rich girl due to his family financial lowness. He, however loves another, Aysel. After he loses his best friend, Bedri, to suicide, he rebels against the system with heartbreaking results.

It can be considered a pioneer of absurd comedy on Turkish TV channels. It has a very original script and a warm atmosphere. It has a structure that is never tiring to watch, and it leaves behind a considerable legacy of subtle and high-quality jokes for future generations.
