Ted Alexandro

A late night television talk show hosted by Conan O'Brien.

The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson is an American late-night talk show hosted by Scottish American comedian Craig Ferguson, who is the third regular host of the Late Late Show franchise. It follows Late Show with David Letterman in the CBS late-night lineup, airing weekdays in the US at 12:37 a.m. It is taped in front of a live studio audience from Monday to Friday at CBS Television City in Los Angeles, California, directly above the Bob Barker Studio. It is produced by David Letterman's production company Worldwide Pants Incorporated and CBS Television Studios. Since becoming host on January 3, 2005, after Craig Kilborn and Tom Snyder, Ferguson has achieved the highest ratings since the show's inception in 1995. While the majority of the episodes focus on comedy, Ferguson has also addressed difficult subject matter, such as the deaths of his parents, and undertaken serious interviews, such as one with Desmond Tutu, which earned the show a 2009 Peabody Award.

Gotham Comedy Club, a popular comedy venue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, is the setting of an hourlong series that is shot in front of an audience at the club. Each episode features routines by several comics -- a list that has included such names as David Alan Grier, Gilbert Gottfried and Artie Lange -- in what the network says is an unedited and uncensored format. In addition to the big names of the field who take the Gotham stage, the show also features up-and-comers who want to make a name for themselves in the stand-up comedy business.

Louis C.K. stars as a fictionalized version of himself; a comedian and newly divorced father raising his two daughters in New York City.

The director takes us on a hilarious tour from Dubai to Beirut, Riyadh to New York with a gaggle of other stand-up talent. Along the way, taboos of culture and geopolitics are exploded, and a younger generation of both comedy talents and audiences is born.

Filmed at the Comedy Cellar's iconic Village Underground in New York, "Senior Class of Earth” is Ted Alexandro's third hour-long comedy special (and/or comedy album), following “As Much As You Want” and “I Did It.” "Senior Class of Earth" effortlessly blends equal parts social commentary - surveying a world increasingly on the brink - with a healthy dose of personal reflections on subjects like being engaged to be married and the particular duties of a man in today’s world - for example, making sure all electronic devices remain charged. It's often said that "the personal is political," and Ted's new special exemplifies that ideal while keeping us all laughing.

On November 15, 2003, Ted recorded a special one hour performance in front of a sold-out crowd at Flushing Town Hall in Queens, New York. Taking on everything from fitness ("I belong to a gym now... well, I don't belong there--but I go") to relationships ("Being single is a struggle between loneliness and euphoria... loneliness before you go to bed at night, and euphoria the whole rest of the day.") Ted's unique blend of observational humor and physical comedy offers something for everyone.
