Another Ernst Hofbauer schoolgirl exploiter in the same vein as his Schoolgirl Report films, but for this one he raised the sleaze level to new heights with non-pornographic scenes of rape, pedophilia, satanic rituals, virgin sacrifice and golden showers. Despite how it sounds, these acts are played for silly comedy rather than any harsh depictions.

Kim Philby is the best British professional spy. The only difference is that, as a leading official in the British secret service, he not only works for the British side, but also as a double agent for the Soviets. He is supported by the diplomats Burgess and McLean.

Mondo Cane and the Schoolgirl Report series stand as obvious influences on this occasionally amusing but generally rather tedious exploitation film that alternates between documentary, fake documentary and docudrama. The theme is Satanism and the linking thread is a recreation of what is supposedly the real-life case of a murder and attempted murder of two Munich teenage men by a quartet of girls who had been dabbling in devil worship. During the ensuing trial, the lawyer resorts to dilatory tactics while the hearing is frequently interrupted by the girls breaking into incantation, temper tantrums or shivery fits ostensibly bearing on demonic possession. When the subject of the Manson killings is brought up, the most obnoxious of the defendants breaks in indignantly, claiming that Sharon Tate’s “execution” was justified as she posed dangers to the Satanic community.

Bernd, a 13-year-old paralyzed boy, has met a man, Mr. Soldan, who has taken him out in his wheelchair a few times. Bernd has problems because of his physical helplessness: his friends play soccer, are free, carefree and he is confined to his wheelchair. Soldan also lives in a constant state of mental tension: he has served a prison sentence for stealing money, but has not given up the stolen money. The basis of the close relationship between Soldan and Bernd is their outsider status in relation to the world around them. Long before their acquaintance was finally established, Bernd was already observing Mr. Soldan. The strange thing happens: the 13-year-old boy takes on the role of the detective, who then becomes the perpetrator.

They are a true crook quartet, the kind you don't meet every day: Eliza, the old lady with the kind eyes. Bred, the charming boy. Jane, who loves Bred. And Larry, who is not afraid to do the filthier jobs. At the moment, the four musketeers of the underworld are targeting the jeweller Stockwell in London's posh Bond Street...
