Malhação is a Brazilian television series for the teenage audience. The soap started in 1995, and was set in a fictional Gym Club called Malhação on Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Through the years the location varied slightly. Although the name of the soap remains the same, it is now set in the Múltipla Escolha High School.

Seven years later, in 1958, Marisol meets Camacho, who convinces her to leave and live as his mistress, claiming she would never get out of poverty in the village.

Brava Gente was a television series aired by TV Globo in Brazil between 2000 and 2003, initially as a special year-end. The program was adapted from stories and national stories, and plays by famous playwrights, screenwriters and signed by a number represented by several actors and actresses. The genres of the stories varied each week with the style of each director or author. Brava Gente in the stories ranged from comedies and dramas. In all 53 episodes were shown, broadcast on Tuesday nights.

The soap opera's central theme is life after death, inspired by the philosophy of Allan Kardec, the codifier of Spiritism. Ivo decides to hide the precious stones and, to ensure he doesn't forget the hiding place, has a map tattooed above the buttocks of a girl, the daughter of his neighbor. The thief takes care to photograph the girl so he can identify her in the future. Ivo is arrested and, eight years later, when he gets out of jail, he is run over and killed. Before dying, however, he manages to tell his son Rodrigo the secret about the treasure map. The young man follows the clues given by his father and discovers that the young woman with the tattooed map is Elisa, a novice nun cloistered in a convent, about to take perpetual vows.

Programa do Jô is a Brazilian late-night talk show broadcast by Rede Globo since April 3, 2000. It is shown after the late-night news bulletin, Jornal da Globo. The program is hosted by Brazilian comedian, author and musician Jô Soares, and follows the format of American talk shows such as Late Show with David Letterman. It began its life as Jô Soares Onze e Meia in 1988 on SBT. Following Jô Soares' return to Globo in 2000, the show was renamed as Programa do Jô, retaining the same format and late-night time slot. The show usually features interviews with 3 guests and a live musical performance. Usually, if one of the guests is a musician or band, they return to perform at the end of the show. There are also occasions when the first guest stays on to continue the interview past the first commercial break, in which case the show only features 2 interviews. In most cases, the interviews are longer and more in-depth than those on Letterman's show.

A Escolinha do Golias was a Brazilian television program presented and produced by SBT between 1990 and 1997. Returned to be displayed by SBT in 2007, in the schedule of the El Chavo.
