  I'm Famous and Frightened! is a Living TV reality TV show in which eight celebrities stayed for three nights in a "haunted" castle. They had to then do terrifying challenges in order to raise money for charity; each one was evicted until only the winner was left. From Series 2 onwards, a spin-off show, titled I'm Famous and Frightened Extra was introduced, presented by Brian Dowling.

  Changing Rooms was a do-it-yourself home improvement show broadcast in the United Kingdom on the BBC between 1996 and 2004. The show was one of a number of home improvement and lifestyle shows popular in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The show was later franchised, generally under the same name, for the local TV markets in the United States, New Zealand and Australia.

  Three contestants would be set up by their friends and given 180 points each. Simon would read out a clue to a previous misdemeanour that that player had done and the player had to give the right confession. If that was the one he was referring to, all well and good. If not, however, they'd just embarrassed themselves. They also lost 20 points and were given another clue. This happened a maximum of one more time, and if they still hadn't got it they lost another 20 points and Simon revealed what they'd done. Then he'd move on to the next contestant and so on.
