From Wikipedia John Tansey (8 October 1901 – 28 April 1971) was an American actor. He appeared in 21 films between 1908 and 1932. His first appearance was in The Red Man and the Child (1908), as a child actor. He wrote and directed the films Wild and Wooly in 1924 and Romance of the West in 1930.

Ford is jailed for the murder but after many travails is finally cleared and reunited with Georgia.
