Buster Brodie (October 11, 1885 - April 9, 1948) was an actor who played a flying monkey in The Wizard of Oz (1939). He coincidentally shared the same exact birthday as Anna Laughlin who was the first to play Dorothy Gale on stage.

Bessemer stages a mock trial aboard the ship and cleverly draws a confession from Glenda. Jeffrey, also an attorney, represents Glenda when she is arrested upon arriving on shore. A skeptical district attorney, and the fact that Jeffrey horsewhips the star witness (the hit man), combine to get Glenda completely off the hook.
