Micaiah Jones

Reformed ex-convict Walt Manigan returns home to rebuild his family with the love of his life, Ketta. His path leads him to a boxing gym inside a D.C. youth recreation center about to be closed. There, he works under the wise coach Slim to mentor a group of boys to train for the junior national boxing tournament, all leading to a showdown between best friends Quincey and Peanut as they battle for a spot on the U.S. Junior Olympic Team.

Keith, a small-time drug dealer, is under house arrest at the home of his father in Baltimore. He re-enters a community scarred by unemployment, neglect and deeply entrenched segregation. There, he pushes back against his surrounding limitations as he tries to find a way out of his own internal prison.

When East Baltimore drug King Pin, Ontario Banks (Nelson Irizarry) decides he wants total control of the entire city-wide drug trade, he enlists the help of his closest friends, Lucky (Micaiah Jones), Vince (Chris Clanton) and Littles (Kelvin Page), and his crew to take it all, one body at a time. Even if it means one of his own people. A war will rage in between Ontario, and Italian Drug cartel leader Michael Caprisci (Mike McMullin) on who will hold the crown.

Told from the points of view of both the Baltimore homicide and narcotics detectives and their targets, the series captures a universe in which the national war on drugs has become a permanent, self-sustaining bureaucracy, and distinctions between good and evil are routinely obliterated.
