Five retired friends Diagamber Sawant,Vikram Rjyadhyaksh Dilip Pradhan ,Rustum Mistry and Satish Joshi are regular jogger at Shivaji Park also discussing about the current affairs.Joshi's granddaughter mysteriously dies after falling their balcony.The friends suspect it to be a murder and decide to investigate themselves by going on the other side of the law.But Pradhan a man of principles doesn't agree with his friends and if required is ready to testify against them.
