House Arrest

The mayor of a small town was caught taking a bribe and as a preventive measure he was placed under house arrest at the place of registration. The conflict is that, in order to appear more modest, the official is registered not in his mansion, but in a communal apartment in which he was once born and raised. So he ends up in the communal hell of his old apartment. He is no longer in charge and, in turn, finds himself at the mercy of ordinary residents of the communal apartment.
