Dogan is a young and successful surgeon who lives in Istanbul. He works as a doctor at the hospital where his father owned. Dogan, who received a Western education, does not know the country he lives in and thinks life is Istanbul. He has problems with his father and fiancée. In the meantime, he receives an offer from the Internal Affairs and agrees to go to a field hospital in Gaziantep to operate an important patient for the state. In Gaziantep, he meets Ayse who is a translator at the same hospital. Dogan's decision to go to Gaziantep will change his whole life.
