It is about the ridiculous events that occur when Nazlı and Adnan, who are cradle mates, meet after many years. Mümtaz and Refik are two friends from Adana. When Mümtaz's daughter and Refik's son are born, they make their children cradle-knotted. Later Mümtaz goes to Istanbul and becomes a respected businessman. Refik, on the other hand, stayed in Adana. Refik's son Adnan studied and became an engineer. On Nazlı's eighteenth birthday, Refik comes to Istanbul, talks to Mümtaz and tells him that it is time to marry the children. Nazlı, who receives this news, says that it is impossible for her to marry a person she does not know. She mocks Refik because of the way he dresses and speaks. Then Adnan decides to play a trick on Nazlı.
