O Amor É Lindo... Porque Sim!

Amélia is a young woman from Lisbon who on her birthday is abandoned by her boyfriend and loses her job at a hot dog kiosk. To help with the party, her mother, a housewife, earns money as a psychic and her sister is an unemployed actress. Nothing goes well in this Portuguese house. Until an accident changes everything. Amelia gets a job in a modern tavern and is unlucky, or lucky, for her boss to hear her sing. In the midst of this crockery and singing adventure, two boys fall in love with Amélia: Ruben, a promising football player, and Rogério, better known as Bubu, a pitchfork from Santarém and the son of good families. To complicate things even more, Amelia cannot forget her ex-boyfriend-who is in the meantime preparing to marry another-while on Lisbon night she constantly bumps into someone who writes words of love on the city's walls.
