The Cinemonde

Death Disguised as a Journalist visits Gianni, a senile old Italian who lives in seclusion in an old people's home. Before accomplishing his mission he gives him some time to tell him the story he has lived and which he wrote in a manuscript. Above all, he seeks to unravel the mystery of a phrase that the Italian left lying around in his writing: "Everything is in Bab El fella". Gianni refuses at first, then eventually agrees and proceeds to tell the story leaving the mystery to the end. But as the events unfold, the Italian’s heart begins to tire and then finally lets go. Will he finish his tale and deliver the story's outcome or he will end up taking the mystery with him ...
