Un destin inattendu

Nadia, an 18-year-old girl of mixed race of Rwandan origin, lives with her family in a working-class housing estate in a small town in New Aquitaine. Rejected from a possible career as a basketball player because of her bad temper, she is pushed by her father and her friends to register for the Miss Poitou-Charentes competition. Without believing it, she takes the first step, on the way to a possible new destiny... But will she manage to tame her rebellious temperament without denying herself?
