Flemish artists cover an earwig from the Netherlands. Artists from the Netherlands take on Flemish classics. They are all songs from the past that connect generations. The artists always bring the covers in their own style. A large pool of artists — from young artists such as Olivia and Kris Kross Amsterdam to established names such as Bart Peeters and Jeroen van der Boom — alternates. The studio audience decides each episode which song moves on to the grand finale. In the end, a winning cover is designated along both national borders.
