The daily life of an EHPAD, the life of the staff mixes with that of the residents. The pressure is permanent, between budgetary restrictions and the lack of staff, human support is increasingly difficult. Yannick, a caregiver, is also given a class of children by the director of this retirement home. Their arrival as well as that of its host, Aude, will shake up the habits of everyone and especially the residents.
