Vayehi Boker

Sami lives in Jerusalem with his wife Mira and their son Adam. His parents dream of seeing him return to their home, to the Arab village where he grew up. His brother's wedding forces him to return there for an evening.... But during the night, without any explanation, the village is surrounded by the Israeli army and Sami can no longer leave. Very quickly, chaos sets in and tempers flare. Cut off from the outside world, trapped in an absurd situation, Sami sees all his bearings waver: his couple, his family and his vision of the world.
