In 1922, filmmaker Friedrich W. Murnau directed his own version of the classic horror novel Dracula. Years later, the film was destroyed due to copyright reasons. However, several copies survived. When Icarus Sherrinford, a film restorer, attempts to recover the film, he discovers a long hidden plot to achieve eternal life.
