Kemal, whom his father wants to marry off to the daughter of a rich family friend, steps into the cozy world of poor but honest people and gets to know Nur. This poor neighborhood will be demolished by Kemal's father and a factory will be built in its place. All Kemal's efforts are in vain and he gets no results. The two young people choose love over money. The young man rejects his father's fortune by marrying the girl he loves instead of marrying someone he does not love. He begins to experience friendship, honesty, true and sincere love with poor people. However, a cold-hearted businessman is determined to destroy both their love and the neighborhood.
