Aker School is struggling uphill, and it requires everyone to work together to improve conditions - both teachers and students. We meet three young teachers and their somewhat resigned principal who all have a hectic life where work, family and friends are to be taken care of. They want to do good things for everyone, but time is not always enough. They have problems, sorrows and joys that most people can recognize themselves in.
