Un posto tranquillo

The life of the four friars of a small convent is turned upside down by the arrival of Antonio, who declares himself to be an art history student interested in examining the structure of the monastery. Raniero, the guardian father, starts a secret agent business to investigate the new guest's past. What he finds out will be a surprise to everyone. Giorgia is about to marry the son of the mayor of the town, but after meeting Antonio her life changes radically. The girl tries in every way to deny herself that she has fallen in love with Antonio but in the end she is forced to give in to her feelings about him.
