Aşka Tövbe

Sehbal is a teacher living in Izmir. Her cousin Mubin calls her to Istanbul. Sehbal hopes that Mubin will propose to her but Mubin says he loves Nazan and wants her to be his matchmaker. But Nazan loves someone else. Mubin disappears after her wedding. Sehbal writes him a letter confiding her feelings and returns to Izmir. Selman, the headmaster's relative fancies Sehbal. Mubin and Sehbal get engaged, though the jealous Nazan seduces Mubin. Sehbal goes back to Izmir in dismay and accepts Selman's proposal. Then Sehbal learns that she is pregnant. Selman, who doesn't want to interfere with the two lovers anymore, talks with Sehbal, so Sehbal and Mubin start a new life together.
